Requires a single service-connected disability rated at 100% plus other disabilities combining to 60%.
Loss of use or anatomical loss of a hand, foot, eye, or creative organ triggers this add-on. Per 38 CFR §3.350(a), payable for each qualifying loss.
SMC-K applies for loss of use of a hand, foot, eye, or creative organ.
